How To Get 3 Meals From 1 Recipe!  

Cooking Brisket Corned Beef is a great way to enjoy a delicious dinner when served with Cabbage, Carrots and Potatoes.

But Guess What?

We can make two additional  meals from this recipe with the leftover meat and vegetables.

With the meat, make a sandwich with Rye Bread, mustard topped with cabbage.

With the vegetables make a homemade soup.  Use Chicken broth, add the Cabbage, Carrots and Potatoes.

Check your refridgerator for some leftover vegetables like;  Spinach, string beans, Squash, red or Black Beans or any leftover salad that is fresh or limp like Onions, Cucumbers, tomatoes or any other vegetables that you have.  Be creative!
